For fireweed tea:
⢠4 cups tightly packed fireweed flowers, rinsed initially
⢠1 ¾ - 2 cups water or as required
For fireweed jelly:
⢠2 cups organic cane sugar
⢠1 ounce powdered pectin
⢠1 ½ cups fireweed tea
⢠¼ cup lemon juice
